This coffee comes to us from Carlos Ernesto Meija Rodriguez, a second generation coffee producer who runs Finca El Chollo. During harvest 20 families assist Carlos and his father in the picking and processing of the coffee as the careful approach to quality they pursue is much more labor intensive and requires careful selection.
